me as well. My son makes fun of me saying I'd like to go back to Father Know Best or Leave It To Beaver. I tell him no, but the values that they have in those shows we could use in the US at the moment.
Yeah I used to get annoyed when my dad watched Little House on the Prairie and old black and white cowboy movies and now I find myself starting to watch them.
I wish I could find old History channel documentaries too. I used to like them but for years now the History channel has been exclusively alien abductions and shitty reality shows.
Ah, a kindred soul. I've often said the same thing to the chorus of "this is progress". If using foul language around children, stripping away moral values and allowing kids to not only access but be exposed to pornography in every day life is progress, I'll take Eddie Haskell and his fake politeness ANY day!
