I wouldn't read to much into Cuomo. The sexual harassment thing was finally acted on because the party knew the nursing home scandal would be to damaging in the general election. So, they leveraged an AG who has designs on the governor's mansion to prosecute what everyone knew was going on for years. I'd keep a close watch on the California recall. Given the crazy registration advantage Democrats have, if it goes hard against him, THAT will be interesting.
