It's not really the truth. If she's bitching about the boarder bill (didn't read this particular article) she's ignoring Trump's intent to declare a state of emergency. If he does get a state of emergency in place, he can build the entire wall by moving funds from something else, regardless of this bill. Ann is an attention whore. She's not smart, she's just one of the only female public figures that backed Trump during the election (because it got her lotsa attention)
