Even though it's from Reddit, it was a fantastic idea:
Senators have to declare their investments. Some dude tracked all the investments and compared it to a regular ETF. They outperformed the ETF's by a huge margin.
It was then suggested that someone should make an ETF that mimics senator investments. Great idea.
