if 30k is going to break you from buying a NEW home, then you shouldnt be in the market for one.

what they need to do is look at these fucks charging so god damn much for renting. its a fucking distraction "folks"

to clarify, you just need to look at who is buying up all the property and just sitting on it doing nothing.

It's not 30k total. It's ANOTHER 30k for the lumber alone on top of the absurd inflation and manipulated housing market. People buying a 300k house and selling for 400k+ two years later isn't normal or reasonable and the under-200k houses got hit by far the hardest here.
