What do you think I am doing?
Staying as neutral as necessary to avoid controversy? Don't get me wrong. That's part of it and necessary. I'd do the same in your position w/ this site.
I'm trying to make a better world for my kids. I'm trying to produce a world where freedom is the ultimate goal. I'm trying to change the world, and I'll probably only change a small few people but if I can do that. If I can get just a few more people on the side of free speech then I'll leave the world better than it was when I got here. I've seen so much bad in my life and I've experienced so much pain that could have been avoided if people just told the truth. So I fight for truth in the only way I know how. I play my small piece on the chess board and try to be a king, I know probably I won't ever have much influence but I'll fight for it anyway. The world is against me I've been banned from so many services. I've been attacked on voat a place I was dedicated too. So fuck those people I'll fight and I'll win, it'll be a small victory but they won't silence me.
All noble and worthy ambitions. I know you're not stupid though and realize you're a target. If you didn't reign yourself in to a degree I'd be disappointed. None of us can ever be entirely honest. That's the nature of existing. People that claim they are... well they're lying. Most old folks have a "go to" story that makes them look good for a specific situation. We're all salesman. Few tell of the shit they maneuvered doing what they thought was right.
Don't get me wrong, I'm only in my 30's now. I've got no sage advice or words of wisdom. I only know I was dumber when I was younger but believed in everything twice as much. Free speech is something I've never questioned. It's a birth right.
