This woman stood up and showed that you do not need to be afraid. You need to take a public stand and signal to everyone that it is okay to stand up. You need to stand up and signal to everyone that it is okay to be defiant. You need to stand up and publicly shout our allegiance to justice and to your people.

I don't have any reading for you on the skill sets you are missing, I am working on something that will, hopefully, help build that out. A lot of books exist on related topics but they take too long to read, we don't have time for that, something new is required. It is utterly disturbing how little you seem to know about how important it is to build and extend the MORALE INERTIA of a team and how team member signalling works to accomplish this.
