I don't think I would call it that.

I figure Biden isn't calling the shots anyways. The deep state going is going to deep state no matter what Biden does. Foreign leaders likely assume this. So why not parade Biden out as a 'told you so' to idiot Biden supporters.

Biden was expected to be able to make some public appearances without totally embarrassing himself. Yet he can't even do that! He's hitting on 9 year-olds for Christ sake! lmao.
