Screw class action. That was designed to limit liability of the offender and the lawyers get most of the money.

Yep, shotgun lawsuits are the way. Each person files a separate lawsuit, make the hospital default because of sheer amount of lawyer costs to go to 170 trials.

This has worked well in the past.

Good point. The families in the biggest settlement in USA history got on average 300k a piece and they had people who died.. the Erin brokavich bullshit story was real
