It doesn't matter what I think but I think the judge is on the wrong side of the constitution and bill of rights. Neither expresses where you are forbidden to peacefully protest. Congress cannot write laws that go against the constitution without a consensus of the several states equaling 3/4 of them.

You are affirming you were there, I personally don't trust anything I hear or see from any of the media.
I opine by that statement; you were there. If you gleaned that information from CNN, I think you are part of the problem. The world has paid media and Hollywood trillions of dollars over the years ( half a century ) to lie to us and then all the sudden we expect liars to tell us the truth when it's something we value knowing. The thing about lying is liars don't want you to have the truth and let you come to your own conclusion, they want to feed you information and make you arrive at the conclusion they prefer. Don't blame liars that you paid to lie for your being lied to. do some serious cogitation on the benefits of lying and you will see that you do not benefit, the liar does.
