It's called a bypass, most states have at least a few, Georgia east/west 275, 575.....If Niggers are holed up near any city, the city becomes a toilet as the Niggers like to disenfranchise themselves with anything that has to do with responsibility. Some of them make good mules but if they have to muster the thought by themselves, they will just stand around or tear some shit up to keep from being seen as lazy.
