The prices are through two roofs in blue libturd states. There's no real estate boom, there's a dollar crash. They look the same at the beginning because the ripple effects haven't set in yet.

No country can absorb hundreds of thousands of people every month without dire consequences. Just to accommodate them we need to build a new Albuquerque every quarter.
