It first needs to be fine tuned by people who know how to design polittical systems.
I chose this because I think it could produce good results, and is acceptable enough to normies to get supporters behind it in this day and age.

Forcing all the immigrants into a country with no military and then "protecting" that country with what will basically be a closed border mostly white nation will not be ok to the normies at all. They are way too far gone to accept such policies.

as I wrote in the prologue, I'm trying to satisfy the desires of both sides of the issue, support for open borders is mostly in the east, and so the east gets open borders, the rest of the country is a bit more conservative, so it's fair that they get the closed borders they overwhelmingly wanted in the recent anonymous survey.
The advocates for immigration talk about a few arguments:
- the immigrants are fleeing persecution, not letting them in is dangerous for them.
So they aren't being sent back.
- the immigrants want to maintain their cultural and legal practices in the new home. So I'm giving them the power to make whatever sort of country they want.
and so on.
I'm going down the list of arguments and satisfying all of them, while at the same time satisfying the desires of the areas which would prefer a more closed immigration policy, can't get more closed than "closed completely".

I really don't know much about designing policy, but I figured the best way to motivate you guys to help design a system is for me to make one of my own first, then have you edit it into your own thing.
kind of like how jack and tyler durden got fight club started by fighting each other first, leading by example.
