This pandemic and the response to it by government has shown that individuals are willing to give up their rights for a health crisis. Or rather it provides a simple excuse for the government to curtail individual rights. Everything from the right to gather, to the ability to run your own business.

So has there been any state or US congressman who has actively pushed for the limitation or even a review of health department/governor/CDC overreach? If anyone has any links or names, I would greatly appreciate it.

If there hasn't, then it really shows what kind of banana republic we live in. All of it is kabuki theater, especially the culture/woke push. To hide/distract. Its modern equivalent of the Moscow trials.

The CDC doesn't make laws, however, they do break the rules and make them anyway, as far as when I say, break the rules and making anyway, I mean, fear monger businesses and employers, and tell them that basically, this is law, without it actually being the law in fact it is something that happened earlier In the pandemic.
