This is an awesome post. I am pretty sure I agree with all of it, it will take time to digest it.

To give you some context:

1) The conversations are not for them, they are for me.

The job of a man in civilization is to gain competence (I refer to competence the way Jordan Peterson refers to it, as in a combination of societal role + evolutionary biology). While we are always on a competence learning curve because the amount of skills that we can gain is virtually infinite, eventually all men must pick a handful of areas they want to specialize in.

6 years ago I was lost, then Trump ran and I started to see the world for what it was. Okay, I was on my way already by the time Trump ran, but frankly if it wasn't for that push and communities like this one, I am not sure I would be here.

The puzzle for all of us is the same: why are we losing. I think I know the answer now. I am practicing working through the several dozen or so objections that our people seem to throw out there all the time. It's the same on every forum where our people get together. If you are around long enough, you start to see it the way a soccer coach sees it: a bunch of noobs that want to enter the game but don't have the skills so you jiu jitsu your way through each one, learn their weaknesses and let their weaknesses help them gain their footing and as they gain strength they gain confidence as they gain confidence they gain competence as they gain competence they are on their way to leadership.

I am neither practicing leadership nor coaching. I am interested in the infrastructure bits that underpin the processes our men need to take to start takign their civilizations back.

I haven't built anything yet or offered anything of substance, take the above as the writing of an idiot that thinks he can help. Let's see if our ancient gods show favour.

2) I developed a label for a skill stack that I call: No white man left behind.

Basically:

Don't argue to win. Expect to lose, fight for a draw.
Frame the entire conversation the way a good student does, learn from the teacher. Everyone has experience you can learn from.
Seek to build every white man, never seek to destroy, but do it the way a Jiu Jitsu coach does, by letting them lose on their own merits. They can always get back up and try again. If they best the coach, they get the top spot.

Again, this isn't for them, it's for me. Each white man is a TREMENDOUS resource. We need to cultivate each one and help open up opportunities for them. Part of that process is teaching them to win and teaching them to win is teaching them which mental pathways lead to success and which lead to losing.

Note: this process isn't deterministic, it is a probability cloud approach and we need people that don't conform, don't fit in and explore the outer boundries. Our core problem is we don't have enough people that do fit in and that make up the bulk of the infantry which is critical for exerting force against our enemies.

Anyway, people say these forums are useless, I have found the conversation really useful.

3) Roughly speaking though, our problem is not our women, it is our men. Walk into any political forum, it's mostly men. And boy do they do nothing but bitch. I don't see a lot of winning, I see a lot of losing.

If you wait long enough and one of our women chimes in, okay they are women and we are men we speak to our own biases. But holy shit do they know what they are talking about.

Our weakness is our men, and our men have forgotten how to win. By win, I am actually referring to a specific skill stack that you need to orient your self to knowing how to get stuff done. Just like a tile setter has a specific set of skills to learn to become a competent tile setter, winning is a specific set of kills so you gain competence in winning. Top sales people like Trump have that skillset. Now, Trump has 0 leadership and 0 organization skills, but those are separate skill stacks and one person cannot be a top sales person and a top leader and a top organizational person. Or at least I have never seen that before, maybe people like that exist.

But, what we need is a HUGE ecosystem of white men that are on the track to gaining competence in various areas and are on the way to leadership roles at all times. The reason that we need this is as we bring forth new leadership this leadership will always be taken out, either by reputation, assassination, resource starvation or other methods and we need a perpetual pool of replacements that are reliable, on track and on message. WE HAVE A LOT OF ENEMIES and we have to start building up the huge pool of talent that we need to take back our civilizations from the weak and from women and rebuild them.

To that end, I appreciate the feedback, I think I learned something, especially the part about picking the battle field.
