Around 33:00 mark they start to talk about cameras in china and how they are sold to the people as "loose a bit of privacy to gain a bit of safety" and instead the camera system actually ends up being installed for the state control over the people. In a roundabout way, this is happening in the west as well, only in a very obtuse way. Yes we have similar camera systems but we also have different political cults in control of our media and technology companies looking to use these similar surveilance tools to co-erce and subjugate us.
