I will submit that most Americans are about 5% left or right of center. There are no more Democrats or Republicans because the Liberal/communists have destroyed Dems and the radical right has destroyed Reps. The middle class Working American elected Trump (the lifelong Democrat) TWICE and the Idea of The People owning our Gov. is not going away.

I'm pretty sure his job is to act like our guy and be all outraged and say the stuff we want to hear so we feel like some one at the top is doing something about it so we can relax. At least that is what Q told me.
