Imposes these restrictions on any person, organization, or company, or group that
- has members that were or are claimed to be even so much as "influenced by the russians."
- in any way shape or form, "aided the russians" even indirectly, as second or third order effects. I.e. "this helped x, which helped y, which helped z, who supports russia"
(vii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, the Government of the Russian Federation
Sec. 2. The prohibitions in section 1 of this order include:
(a) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; and
(b) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.
In other words if they claim its russian, or they claim a member of russia, say used Gab, or poal, or bought a gun at a gun shop, or shopped at a store or engaged with maybe a small business they want shut down?
De-facto able to shut it down under this pretext.
