For the IQ part that is interesting. Since that is the 'norm' and women are collectively attracted to maintaining that 'norm' through their involvement, they are no longer aiding in the continuous sustenance of the society, but keeping it in the exact some 'bell curve' ratio while reducing or even restricting the function of the higher IQ side of the bell curve. Now, if they didn't know what they were doing and made aware of a greater necessity of their function, before that, someone can come trick them and extend that bell curve dominance from the center (keeping things working, but plain and simple) and not to the higher side, but to the lower side where they inadvertently are tricked into accepting that as an extension of the norm.

I've said too much, but they are using biological and social cues to trick them into thinking, "oh, if you're literally damn near retarded IQ, it's ok, because continents", but, "if you notice what is happening and have a mind of your own, you're retarded, and uncomfortable because it automatically exposes the idiocy which must be disgusting when they realize what they're in the process of doing."
