Overview:

1) Gold has not backed the us dollar since the 70s. The us dollar has been the world reserve currency since then.

2) They invented a new kind of currency ABOVE the dollar in the 70s at the same time but are just now starting to use it.

3) Basically they are going to just flip all world currencies to be backed by SDRs.

4) Once the SDRs are the backing for all global currency you get a new world order / new world government. This is because the laws don't matter. The people that set monetary policy control the direction of the ship. The ship captain (heads of state) may set the laws but those just define how different parts of the boat operate.
