The Military is being forced into action in the same way so many Anons have been.

The only way is THE MILITARY, I assume they have internal conflicts at high levels. Otherwise why would Q repost an anons post exactly with the "Fully controlled"? they need acceptance from all players even if that acceptance is begrudgingly given.
