dont need to fight a war is we all got sick and die.
There was a sg1 tv show . one episode had aliens come down to earth and give us new tech and drugs. turned out the drugs made humans sterile. and in the long run the idea was to take over a world without fighting but by sterilizing them and letting them all die out.
