Still do a bit of weight training every week myself. Started at nineteen and been at it for over sixty years, now 82.
No heavy stuff anymore of course, but still using 25lb dumbells three days a week for various exercises, and walk two miles every morning.
I'm sure I don't need to tell you that you're clarity of thought and ability to find your way here instead of wasting you time on a shit hole like facebook is largely due to you taking responsibility for your physical well being
Yep, physical is very important. Eat well, and exercise.
