Sounds like he broke no laws. I'd sue the judge and force a review.
Yeah no actual laws, however in the increasing use of Codified Laws of Commerce and Ancient Law of Rome - ie, Magistrate Law (Nil Habus Corpus, No Presumption of Innocent, No Trial by Jury of peers etc etc) going against a simple ruling or in this case a Prohibition of Order by a Judge is enough to get you put in pokey ... Can't bet the ride unless you stay off ....
