If the law states "all person's...blah blah" and I file an affidavit stating I'm a living man and not a person, if there is no victim I have committed no crime. It would ten be up to the prosecutor to prove I am, in fact, not a living man, and/or I have no God given rights.

Laws are just what someone with power demands be a rule. That means the rules can change or get applied differently on a whim because you are ultimately being subjected to the whims of someone with power.

No one needs to prove a damn thing to you. They just need to be able to screw you over without sufficient opposition.

Thats why governments treat the idea of opposition like its the worst thing possible. Its why killing a cop and killing a father are placed in two different catagories. One is a person that preserves and expands the existing power structure.
