If the law states "all person's...blah blah" and I file an affidavit stating I'm a living man and not a person, if there is no victim I have committed no crime. It would ten be up to the prosecutor to prove I am, in fact, not a living man, and/or I have no God given rights.

yes, it was rambling nonsense but i still understood what you where trying to get at hence the what you think does not matter and the people in power make the rules bit

I know men who played along, sit in the cage, go to court. These men no longer use license plates, no longer use drivers license. Police no longer stop them. They don't use lawyers to argue semitics, they are seen as equals to the judge. The city who wrongfully held them was held accountable. Each individual officer who handled them were held personally accountable. It's a key for those who no longer fear the slave state.
