Biden has come under criticism for not spending more time in public. Instead almost all public interaction is handled by his press secretary Jenn Psaki. Whenever he does make a public appearance it's heavily scripted and rehearsed with only political reliables present. Basically it looks like he's gone senile and can't be trusted with a live mic. A few days ago they announced he was going to do some kind of live streamed thing in the rose garden. Only problem was, a shitlord living in DC had a direct view of the rose garden from his balcony and it was empty at the time they were supposedly live streaming from it. I think (not sure) this is footage from the same event, with Biden answering some "impromptu" questions from the press. Doesn't look too controversial, should be something to show those dumb right wing conspiracy theorists that he's in perfect health and walking around outside. Only problem is, his hands are passing in front of microphones which they should be behind, which suggests the microphones and press weren't there at all, they were green screened in to make it look like a press meeting.
