Last I heard they couldn't prove any conspiracy charges, so all they had on anyone was misdemeanor vandalism and trespassing. The prosecutor argued they need to be held without bail so they "don't claim the fake election was fake," it didn't fly. As far as I know everyone is out on bail now.
