Any Boomers or GenX who are still in are lifers at this point. Your point may apply to younger folks though. But we want our folks in so they can wrestle back control. The last thing we want is for these Bolshevik mutants to have access to the war machines with nobody to check them.

And as long as the brass are allowing this and we aren't seeing any reports of fragging the rank-and-file might as well be considered part of the problem.
