The conditions required have long since been met. Those conditions are the justification to keep the NG active, present, and fencing installed.

There is a difference. The NG in DC is answerable directly to POTUS. Whereas the military has a CoC through the DoD.

The military directly answers to POTUS. Don't think otherwise because the jew Nancy Pelosi used the jewdicial system to control the US army during Trump's term.
