No, it travels in a circle. You haven't even looked into it at all because your questions are already answered. Stop thinking of the sun in the heliocentric model where it is huge and far away. In the flat model it is inside the firmament and the same size as the moon and the black sun. It creates the seasons by tightening or widening its circular path. It only illuminates the area it is in, not rays that travel forever like in the ball model.

There is no possible way in three dimensional space for the sun to appear visible to one area of a plane while simultaneously not visible in another.

Any proof that sun rays travel forever? Also, the high altitude footage shows it shines straight down like a flashlight and creates a hot spot right below it.. You are trying to apply the "science" of the ball model to the flat model when they are different. To create a lie that big the perpetrators have to be the combined might of the wealthy class. The people who fund and control small people like scientists, academics, politicians and generals. You shouldn't do flat earth stuff if you still think NASA is anything more than a movie production company. This will answer most of the FE questions you have https://www.bitchute.com/video/XvAwLc7FZm2z/ The 3rd one down is a good NASA one but lots of people do good debunking vids on them https://www.bitchute.com/search/?query=eric%20dubay%20nasa&kind=video

The fact that we can see stars that are billions of light years away should be a clue.

Also, the high altitude footage shows it shines straight down like a flashlight and creates a hot spot right below it.

The Sun would still be visible from every point on the plane. There's no way to escape this fundamental fact in three-dimensional space.
