You should look into Ghana's program to allow African Americans to immigrate. I'd recommend Tanzania for people who like Socialism. South Africa and Zimbabwe would also be some great choices. I would avoid Nigeria though, they got some problems If they got educated in the United States and went to live in Africa to help improve that continent, there would be some great benefits for Africa
