Exactly. Seems excessive for alleged "gun possession" this was politically motivated because the system was butthurt that he said things they didn't like.
Report says he was indicted feb 25th for an incident in which he possessed a gun illegally in 2018, meaning they likely have photos or witness testimony. This makes it worse, because it looks now like the FBI pointed the spyglass at gypsy and jumped on the first thing it found that they could arrest him for.
