The thing is i dont honestly blame Joe. I've seen what alzheimers and mental diseases can do to people. This guy legitimately is trying, and he cant function anymore, in any capacity. I wouldnt be surprised if he had it since decades ago, based on prior behavior. On one hand, the guy shouldnt be president, but on the other hand its clear he's not the one in charge
