It’s actually brilliant psychological warfare when you think about it.... everything is polarized and politicized now. If something is “progressive” and “scientific” it is good, and if anyone disagrees with anything on the docket they are just a Trump supporter.

Like people on the left actually imagine that Trump thinks Covid is a hoax or that Republicans don’t like social distancing, etc. No, each side is just trying to outdo each other with how much they can worry, how many masks to wear, how fast they can get vaccinated etc.

The two party system is great for making everyone do the same thing for slightly different reasons.
