So did he spend 3 days in jail awaiting charges? Because that's what happened to me when a cop decided I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The charge was so laughable no attempt at an indictment was ever made. But I mean the punishment for trespassing is probably a 50 dollar fine and I spent 3 days in jail.

I once accidentally walked right on to the Senate floor next to Ted Kennedy after making a wrong turn. No one asked me to leave for a long time because they thought I was a page. Then finally someonebnicely asked me to leave when they saw me standing around. I guarantee Biden wasn't arrested.
