Socialism begins with distributing stuff to poor people, so nobody falls too much behind. But it never ends there, because more and more people get dependent and get bought. Socialism can end in Communism, the state is the owner of the business. But it can also end in big business becoming the owner of the state, called Fascism. The results are the same.
The economic miracle was not only the result of a mix of lifted spirit and forced labour. It was also the result of massive amounts of oil and metal pouring in (Germany itself had very limited resources). This was the result of the contracts Hitler made with his Wall St and City of London sponsors. He fulfilled his part of the contract when he opened a second front to destroy Russia, while everybody told him that this will destroy Germany.

Again, you're thinking of modern "socialists." While NS Germany had pensions for old people and the like it was nothing resembling a welfare state. Everyone who was able was expected to work, if they were unwilling they'd be left to starve. You could describe some of what they did as redistribution, but it was aimed at preventing people from living off rents and interest (oy vey!) Not taxing working people to give it to niggers who sit around drunk all day.
By not having elections there was no reason to buy votes. You could argue that this wouldn't work in the long term, but it worked just fine in the short term.
