The residency isn't that important, in my opinion. I would rather had my hand sewn back on by a White man with 981 successful pig limb re-attachments in a testing environment than by a heeb who happened to breathe for a few years on a residency and maybe saw a few hands sewn on.
It's a very real point.
The fact that qualified whites and Asians are being kept out of universities to allow for more diversity is alarming. I don't want a diversity hire doctor.
Unfortunately for us both, physicians need to get through the university diversity sieve, the medical school diversity sieve, the residency diversity sieve, and the employment diversity sieve before they can treat us. It's not so surprising why almost all physicians are poos and jews when you realize this. It also puts up a huge red flag for any black or hispanic physicians who were forced through the sieves.
