Texas had power failure because they had become reliant on wind and solar and the wind turbines weren't winterized, because it's texas and nobody expects a polar vortex to sit on it for a week. The dems are blaming the governor for not signing a spending bill which included state funds to winterize the turbines for this winter, the right is blaming green energy. The real issue is the power companies using the excuse that the government should be responsible for their lack of budgeting and negligence.
