Bullies will continue to bully until they get a blackeye, or a lot worse....just as Twitter, FaceBook, Tumblr, etc., will continue to do what they are doing, until there are heavy consequences. That may not be human nature, but it is inhuman nature, and subhumans will do (and continue to do) whatever they are allowed to get away with.
