Yes, good stuff! They mostly moved by force after 3 Assyrian invasions, settling at first in Northern Iraq and Northern Iran. When Assyria collapsed, they saw their opportunity and split north as you noted. After over 500 years in the Caucuses, they moved in different groups into Western Europe, some going north, others via the Mediterranean. I enjoy the Irish Invasions the best.
