I'm on the fence about vitamins and supplements.
Back in late 80s there was a big metastudy that summarized the research on supplements. Their conclusion was that they had no effect and were even harmful in some cases.
From personal experience they do nothing.
Still, there must be some that do something.
They aren't as good as just eating properly and in the wrong combinations they're useless.
They used a synthetic form of vitamin E in that study.
