Over the last four days, (((MSM))) has been pushing a very small study which states nothing but the vaccine will help. (Simply search "zinc" and look at the recent news or click the link above.)

These people are obscenely evil. And it just does not end.

I'm on the fence about vitamins and supplements.

Back in late 80s there was a big metastudy that summarized the research on supplements. Their conclusion was that they had no effect and were even harmful in some cases.

From personal experience they do nothing.

Still, there must be some that do something.

They aren't as good as just eating properly and in the wrong combinations they're useless.

They used a synthetic form of vitamin E in that study.

I think I will go get some zinc

yeah, you need to get it from food or it won't work.

Well, of course nothing beats a healthy diet and lifestyle, but nearly impossible for an average human to meet exact dietary needs consistently, which is why supplementation is important.

What a stupid thing to say. You must be extremely ignorant about food. Have to be a vegan.

You dumb fuck. I've been an athlete my whole life, in my 50s and can still do one-armed push ups. Go eat some Twinkies on your couch, twink.

I'm . The search but 'zinc covid' turned up a few negative articles but changing the search to 'covid zinc vitamin D' really brought out the debunking.

Notice the weasel words "do not shorten". Maybe they won't help too much once you get infected, but if your immune system is healthy and your vitamin D levels are good you probably won't get it at all.

Clearly nutrition plays no role in your health.
