She is good at what she does, and she's managed to keep a fairly well-paying job, despite crazy cycles of pill addiction and relationships with abusive men. She didn't turn it around until 53, and she met the guy online. I've always been skeptical about online dating, but it's been several years now, and he's one of the best people I've ever met. He treats her like a fucking queen. I want to say you are, what, early 40s? I don't know why you'd say, 'it's game over for me.'
