Not a risk to Europe, not being another nuclear country. Israel is the potential target, and this is what all the noise is about. Then, it's kinda funny when countries say to other countries "you can't develop weapons". What was that line again? "Only slaves were not allowed to have weapons" or something. I understand the pressure against cluster bombing, napalm, chemical and biological weapons. But let's be honest, the only way to get some respect in this fucked up world is having nukes and means to launch then quickly on your enemies. This is what the big boys do.
