Affirmative action(Diversity)- taking something away from a person who's earned it and giving it to someone who didn't earn it in a feeble attempt to increase representative numbers for blacks or another group. Remember these words: "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character”? If blacks really wanted to be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin, they would never accept anything based on affirmative action, including a job, a college admission, a TV commercial, or a history month. That's pretty simple.
