E: Adding, in my drunken state, I can feel my muscles saying (because I am old), never do this again. But I am going to do it again. ... FUCK my muscles are saying "sore" stop old man. Old man is not going to stop.
Just turned 40 yesterday, never to late to start something until your dead.
Yeah, 48 now. Flab is harder to get rid of. Sitting on my ass all day at the job doesn't help. I cannot wait for Spring to start walking 4.5 miles like last year every day.
Walking works.
Thought I'd share my productivity method with ya. Get some paper and a pen, draw a grid. Then write in the left hand column what you want yo do, the next call is how long you want to do it. Clean, 10 minutes. Write, 30 minutes. 30 pushups, so on. Then, after you do that task, check off its box for the day. Feels really good to make these chains of completed tasks. After a month, if your not hitting something, ask why and if that's a thing you really want to do.
Not going to do that, but thanks for the advice. Maybe it will help another reader.
