Working my way to it. Went from nothing to 30 pushups, 10 minutes of stretching, 6 minutes rock climbing machine and 10 minutes puagua (kungfu).
That is awesome! Keep working it! Keep building it!

Oh yeah, most definitely. I need to add in some core and start doing sets for my pushups. But as long as I hit something, everyday, I'm happy. Been at it for about 2 months now, so it's way easier then when I started.
I just literally re-started yesterday. Haha.
(Hence why I'm like ... who is exercising ... I'm a twat, haha!)
E: Adding, in my drunken state, I can feel my muscles saying (because I am old), never do this again. But I am going to do it again. ... FUCK my muscles are saying "sore" stop old man. Old man is not going to stop.
