Same. Started in October after realizing my cardio was total garbage. Has felt amazing ever since. Working out 3x week now, and it’s making my appetite come back!
Nice! During the non-winter seasons last year, I walked (some lame but fast jogging as well) five to six days a week for 4.5 miles. That made me lose a lot of my beer gut. I plan on finishing off my gut this year, which is about four pounds.
