Yes i do, been lifting for last 5 years. After first lockdown i bought squat rack, bench, dumbbells and 100kg of plates, now i am homegym masterrace. Sieg Heil!

I just started again yesterday. I was on Voat bragging doing 25x6 (150). Well, winter and a loss of job and depression made me drop exercising. (sigh).

I'm gonna get back. Prior to Spring.

I want us Whites to work out.

We all do our own thing. I am not doing burpees. I am just doing pushups and walking a lot. (Well, no walking currently because it is fucking frigid in Philly).

I was doing soo well with exercising until mid January. I am newly pregnant and feel like dogshit and just do not have it in me to work out right now. I'm really excited for the first trimester to be over so I get my energy back and the nausea over with.

I'm doing 3x15 with a low weight on the bench press every week. Its moving up steadily and my chest is pumping up too. Plus were talking like 10 minutes a week here

Its -30 C the last month here and we take our dog for two 25 minute walks per day

Working my way to it. Went from nothing to 30 pushups, 10 minutes of stretching, 6 minutes rock climbing machine and 10 minutes puagua (kungfu).

Oh yeah, most definitely. I need to add in some core and start doing sets for my pushups. But as long as I hit something, everyday, I'm happy. Been at it for about 2 months now, so it's way easier then when I started.

Yes, have been at a based no mask gym for the last 6 months or so, making good progress on free weights. My only challenge at the moment is that they need heavier dumbbells, the place caps out at 75lb and I have various exercises I'm now needing to use alternativesike machines because it's not enough weight

Same. Started in October after realizing my cardio was total garbage. Has felt amazing ever since. Working out 3x week now, and it’s making my appetite come back!

Nice! During the non-winter seasons last year, I walked (some lame but fast jogging as well) five to six days a week for 4.5 miles. That made me lose a lot of my beer gut. I plan on finishing off my gut this year, which is about four pounds.
